Purchases can be made from the website. Add the item you choose to your cart and select your payment type. We accept credit cards or paypal. Shipping is free in continental USA.
All of my pieces are individually made and typically ship within 10 days. If the item is "in stock", it will ship within 48 hours. You will be notified when your item ships.
Since most pieces are made to order, you sometimes have the option to make small changes to the piece, ie., crystal color, choice of metals, etc. Fill in the comments box at the end of the order form or call/e-mail me to discuss changes. 941.227.4335 or info.erlenbach@gmail.com
If you prefer not to order on the secure site, are making extensive changes to an existing piece, or are placing a custom order, you may call the studio at 941.227.4335 during regular business hours to make arrangements.
